International Calling Anyone?

Calling outside the US can get expensive. It can get even more expensive if you're tied to using a cell phone's service rates. Yak4Ever.com's service lets you make international calls at no charge at all other than your cellular rate.

I started using Skype last December. For $19.95 per year I can call anywhere in N.America. There are also plans for calling around the world for as little as 2.1 c per minute.
We have practically replaced our cell phone. You do need a high speed internet connection, which most campgrounds have these days.
I find Skype to be ideal.

I travel to all parts of the world and have been using Skype for over 2 years to call back home to the States. I loaded Skype onto my laptop, and use a headset with a mike. I put $10 in my Skype account using a credit card, at just over 2c per minute I get almost 500 minutes of use. While using Skype the amoumt of $ left in your account is always on the screen.
I think it is a great deal.

I have also been a Skype user for the last 2 years. It's allowed me to have a less expensive cell phone plan with less minutes. The money saved goes into the gas tank!
