Is it normal to have a leaky outlet neck on black water tank and fridge/freezer on the blink? This Puma 26rlss is only 4 months old. My local dealer says they will take care of it, but it's been 5 weeks and they still haven't called me in for the fixing. Mike

Of course it's not normal. Start calling them. Every single day. Take names. Get answers from the person you speak with or ask for someone higher up in the food chain from whom you CAN get answers.

Start looking for the factory rep regarding customer support and ask them for assistance with the dealer. You can also ask them if there is a service center in the area that can do the work since the selling dealer is unresponsive.

You can also contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint as well, provided the dealer is a member.

We had a couple of problems with our TT by Keystone. I got tired of playin' around the little guys (dealership) and went straight to the throat (manufacturer). They are right now taking care of the problem... Unfortunately, once the "salesperson" makes that commission, he could care less what happens...
