Can someone tell me how to prevent chrome from corroding from the salt water sea spray from the ocean? Also, how to clean the corrosion if it has occurred?
Thanks,

A daily wash down with fresh water is a must. If the pitting or corrosion has already started on non-stainless steel, there's not much I know of to restore the chrome. Others may give more hope.
