After owning several 5th wheels and two motor homes, we found a 2002 Dolphin LX and absolutely love it. Definitely a keeper!!

Paid too much for it 8 years old used but I spent 2 years looking for a specific floor plan, it was in pristine condition, and I absolutely love living and traveling in it fulltime so it was worth it. 1997 Kit Companion travel trailer.

We paid $76,000 for a 7 year old 1998 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with only 23,000 miles. It still smelled like new. The kitchen sink had never been used. We live in it for 6 months a year and get an honest 10.5 miles per gallon at 65 mph with the Cummins 275 horse Diesel engine. Of course the mileage drops if there is a strong wind.. Sorry about the 5mpg. Slow down it helps.

We paid $6500 and put that much more in a new roof on our 93 Sea Breeze.also a new hot water tank. I love it. I think we still got a good deal.

We paid 18,900 for our Keystone Zepplin ZII, and love it. We will not be full timers for a few more years, but enjoy our RV 3-4 days a week all summer long.

We paid $12,000 a near flawless 1987 Foretravel Grand Villa gas pusher. In one year we replaced the 200 amp alternator, one tire that split dowen the side with about 90% tread which was re groveable, broke the drivers slide window at $424 plus shipping at Foretravel under $200 here. Busted a ring gear in the drive line, now have to have the Allison 643 4 sp transmission adjusted or rebuilt not sure which, replaced all the radiator and related hoses, rewired the electric step, replaced three of the 4 batteries on board 1 twelve volt for the motor & 2 six volts for the coach, repaid the antenna, need to replace the backup camera it works but is dim and black and white. That is just what comes to mind at the moment, there is more. We are still way under 20k and have a reliable beautiful coach. We would like more power and better than 5 mpg. All the rigs of equal size and weight diesel or gas seem to get 4 1/5 to 6 mpg. One fellow RV owner and fellow military retiree with a new 36 foot high end diesel said those that claim better probably are just taking a wild guess. I think he is right.

I think the correct answer is that we are not all rich...
