I would prefer not having either in the motor home. Went for twenty years without eaven a radio when we started in 1953 in a 15"Shasta. Three tt and two mh later have the whole mess. Still like the peace and quiet with every thing turned off.

Like TV primarily for movies -but love the History channel. There are other ways to watch TV - I would keep internet, too.

We watch movies on our laptop right now, in our class C. Not sure what will happen for football season, but if we can live stream it on the computer, my hubbie would love it. We would gladly give up TV. There is nothing on that is decent to watch anyway.

The internet will allow you to watch pass tv shows. The internet will allow you to be more interactive and tv is more passive.

we would have a real marital crisis if there had to be a choice made. My spouse is totally addicted to TV- has a unit in the RV too. @@ I, on the other hand NEED my puter for many things other than recreation. I pay for the internet and NO WAY would give it up.

Tough question. TV connects you with what is going on in the world, but the internet actually connects you WITH the world.

My RV is my home. I can and do see my computer on my 26" TV. I use it with my GPS all the time. As long as I can get a good connection on my Verizon air card I could watch TV on the internet. Next problem, the five GB limit on the Verizon connection. Competition may soon provide a solution for that too.
