This is a poorly worded question as we are not full timers and only stay in campgrounds when we are actually out on the road. Looks like this if for full timers only

Same as Frank... we love the state, national forest and other quiet natural setting parks. Rustic camping and peaceful nature is most appreciated. No thanks to rows of sardines packed in tin cans next to each other.

We prefer to stay in State/Provincial or Federal campgrounds. Like the large sites and scenery in the government sponsored campgrounds.
