In the name of "asset preservation", I would not loan my RV out to anyone, not even my best friend. In the name of "friend preservation", I would go along and host my friend in my RV if at all feasible.

No. My friend means more to me than the RV. Why lose a wonderful friend because of an accident with the RV. I would rather go with my friend and then if anything happened it would be my responsibility, not the friend. Besides, I will never have enough money to replace the RV I have. EJA

NO WAY! One of the most Valuable things in life are friendships. If something "does" happen you will be angry no matter what the situation was. And your INSURANCE WILL GO UP and you will be angry again. Invite them to go along with you, maintain your friendship and have a ball!

After a complete checkout on the systems of the RV if they were not already experienced with the motor home.

Neither a lender nor borrower be.

Only if my best friend was a seasoned RVer. Driving an RV takes special knowledge and practice.

Absolutely. My best friend cleans houses for a living and so I know my RV would come back cleaner than it left!

Yes I would as my best friend is a seasoned RVer. I know he would treat it as his own and would be able to handle any unforseen situations. Rookie campers? No way. Not if I valued their friendship.
