I think Chuck is trying to convince someone a nap every day is normal. LOL ! At 59 yo I only wish I could stop long enough to nap.

I used to laugh at people who took naps. Now, I take a nap in the afternoon and stay up later at night. I like early morning and late night, so napping in between suits me well.

I tell my spouse that his chair has ether jets in it that put him to sleep every time he sits down. One morning, I turned the chair upside down to try to prevent him from sitting in it!! Unfortunately, he turned it right side up and sat down and in 5 to 10 minutes was asleep. LOL LOL

My spouse takes a nap every time he turns on the TV and sets down.
