use landline at home and cell when traveling. have good, cheap plans for both.

I think that you should of included the internet phones as I have a cousin who who uses vonage on his computer and on his laptop, and that is his only phone service. I have used internet phones in Mexico for the last three years and they work better than cell phones down there. Also a lot more reasonable.
