What about the responsibility of the RV and truck industry? The only response to gasoline prices has been the Navion/Vista, and 15 mpg is nothing to write home about. I find it pretty hard to believe that a Ford V-10 is the best technology out there.

Yes, it will continue to rise. And some idiot got on TV this week and said we Americans are so spoiled with our low gas prices when the rest of the world is already paying $4, $5, and $6 per gallon. He said we should be prepared to pay $8, $9 or even $10 per gallon. Thanks for giving them the idea!

It seems to be our luck as RV owners to be the lightning rod for a lot of things we enjoy, something others would like to do. As for the price of gas it may just get to $5.00 a gallon. So the only thing we can do is stay closer to home.

Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. We are lucky we can afford rvs. The past is history, the future is a mystery, today is a gift!

We should roll a Guillotine in front of the White House to remind these idiots what happened when people had enough of their governments stupidity a few hundred years ago.

If we keep using more and more gas eache and very yr the price will continuee to rise. If we slow down on our amount used , the price will continue to rise. You can sit there and talk about how it is th eguy in the White house that is th eproblewm, but you wait to see what she does when she is in there.

How many of us remember T. Boone Pickens? He has cornered many markets over the years. He used to buy up oil wells, now he is buying up water rights.Potable water and oil are both tehnically "fossil fuels" and will be used up soon. The laws of scarcity tell us they both will go up exponentially in value/cost. We simply are using up our earth at an unsustainable pace. Get used to it.

Get rid of organized religion and nationalism throughout the world and the price of oil may stabilize. It sure would be a more peaceful place to live. Frank

I hope you will post these comments in Jan. 2009! There will be NO difference in the continual increase in the price of oil/gas until we find another way. Look wider than JUST the USA borders...it is a WORLD economy!!!
