We travel with two. One 12 volt and one 110, just to keep up with the bad weather wheb it rolls in. I want to know when to run for cover.

We have two personal DVD players (one for each of our children) instead of a TV. Our 7-yr. old daughter can watch Harry Potter while our 3-yr. old son can watch Thomas the Tank Engine. When the kids go to bed, we can watch a movie together in bed.

We only use ours to watch a DVD once in a while or if we hear there is a Hurricane coming!

RV time is family time. No TV, ever in the RV.

have one that came with it but we never use it. Never used the one in our last 5th wheel either.

We killed our TV on 11/01/2001. Sometimes I miss it, but it really was a good move for my wife and I--we talk more, read more and are much more active than when we were slaves to the box. We get our news from the paper and the Internet.

We carry one that runs with electricity and one that runs with 9 D batteries when the site does not have electricity. We only watch TV when the weather is too bad to sit around a campfire.
