At least once a year professionally, usually twice a year. I also personally check the roof & clean it at least twice a year & usually 3 or more times depending on where parked & weather conditions. We also check inside the trailer at ceiling corners, vents when raining. We also check inside cabinets for any signs of leaks when we remove items from hard to get at places.
