Wow.  If it was two axle, I would want it.  I like it so much, I might even be able to tolerate the single axle.  Absolutely innovative, useable and right up my alley.  I have to keep track of this company.  Great find, Tony.  Loved your review.

I will say I've towed a single-axle trailer all over the US, putting probably 30-35,000 miles on it with no issues related to it being a single-axle trailer.

Further, a single axle means fewer tires to buy, less maintenance, no scrubbing in tight corners and more. There are advantages to both single- and dual-axle trailers but I wouldn't avoid a trailer that has a single axle just by virtue of having a single axle.

Hmmmn, Not sure who the target market is for this. It appears to be a next step from a pop up.  For $53 K??  That's in the really nice used trailer price range. The rear cargo storage (behind the axle) would be a concern to anyone who's watched the YouTube videos on trailer sway with a bumper pull.

Great trailer. You did not cover what the trailer frame is or what the foundation is. Also nothing about the axle. Can this go offroad?

Ralph: I sent a message to the company asking a number of questions, including chassis, hopefully they will respond & I'll let you know.

Tony:  I know you tow a single axle, just as thousands & thousands do.  I, however, have owned both & much prefer the increased carrying capacity as well as the towing & backing of a dual axle.  It's a trade off.  Yes, more tires to replace, etc. it's simply my preference.

Been following the Vast since it won an award at a show in SLC three plus years ago. I am so skeptical that this trailer will ever go to market. I believe they have been accepting small down payments for years now. I can't imagine how anyone would wait that long. This trailer is awesome in so many ways other then two deal killing reasons. It has 10.75 inches of ground clearance. What in the hell are they thinking? It has 750 pounds of cargo capacity. Filling up the water tanks takes half of that. What in the hell are the thinking. I am 99% sure it has a carbon steel chassis.

Apparently I have been hacked on this site.  The above post on the Sylvan Sport Vast says I modified it 2 hrs. ago.  Nope, did not.  Don't know who did.  Guess I better exit this site forever, or re-enter with a different password.

Vicky I posted the comments about the vast but some how it went out as if it was you. Wierd. Anyway I did not have to set up a password for this forum. Don't think you need to worry about a hack

Thank you, Bart.  I was totally confused how I could have commented when I had not even been to the site at that specified time.  Feel better now.
