I live in Albuquerque at 5350 ft elevation.  My TT tires are inflated to max pressure 80 psi @ 48 deg outside temperature.  I drive to Roswell NM @ 3580 ft elevation.  After a week there I get ready to drive back home.  The outside temperature is 90 deg and my TT tires are at 85 psi (I lowered them to 80 psi).  Was that the right thing to do or would it have been OK to leave them at 85 psi?
