TPMS and valve extensions

I am new to RV life. I purchased a TPMS for my new Forester 2251sle. It's the kind with the black caps that screw on to the valves. Since the Ford chassis has these huge wheel covers, it's hard to get at the valves. So I took it to a truck place and asked them to put valve extensions on. The ones for the inside duallys are hoses, and attached to the wheel covers. All of the others are angled metal ones. Now that I look at them, I'm afraid that the weight of the sensors might break or loosen the extenders. Has anyone here had experience with these? Thanks.

I have been using

Wheel Masters 8002

hose extenders from Amazon for a number of years. You just need to be sure the outer end of the hose is firmly tied down as seen in this post.  Wheel master makes longer hoses for 22.5 wheels too
