•Text ads are like mini-advertorials. See examples below. Readers general click these ads about 15-25 times more often than banners. Text ads are shown to readers on all devices — computers, tablets and smart phones.
•Banners, 300×250, run in the right column, and are mostly shown to readers on computers and tablets, which represent about half our total traffic. They are best for branding.
•We show about two million page views a month. Our database of readers numbers approximately 141,000 and is growing. We are now in our 20th year of continuous publishing.
•Advertising is on a pre-paid basis, by the month. We accept all major credit cards and checks. We require no contract. Just give us 30 days notice if you decide to discontinue your advertising.
•BONUS: Your text ads will remain in newsletters indefinitely, so are read in the archives for years. The only exceptions are advertisers who do not pay their bills, in which case all ads are removed.
•We can generally have an ad up and running within 48 hours of receiving ad copy or banners.
• 94 percent of our readers are in the USA, and 5 percent in Canada.
•We are selective about our advertisers. In most cases, products or services advertised must be of specific interest to RVers, not a more general audience. We will not accept advertising if we do not believe it will work or if the subject matter is not aimed squarely at RVers.
