Did you have a white Christmas?

Did it snow and/or was there snow on the ground where you were yesterday, Dec. 25?

Most of the Seattle-based staff of RVtravel.com woke up with a dusting on the ground — not enough to build a snowman, but it was pretty. More white stuff, the weather folks say, is on the way.

What about you?

Um….well……OK, so it was 81 degrees here in North Florida!
No, there was not a “White Christmas” But we did spend time on the beach making sandcastles. I know that does not compare to the 15 feet of snow some folks received over the past few days in Cali and Navada.

Have only seen snow here in Central Fla just one day in the early 1970s. Enough to make a very small snowman. I did not escape Illinois to get away from the snow, but the cold that comes along with it.

Shhhh! Blizzarding here north of Seattle at the moment (can’t see the trees across the street!), with about 6+ inches on the ground and low 20s. Big fluffy snowflakes blowing sideways now. Temps in the teens and 20s for the next few days, so the snow will be here for awhile. Very icy, also. So glad my furnace works! Have a terrific 2022! 🙂 –Diane

We didn’t have snow at the campsite. But Mount Graham across the street gave us a beautiful view of snow. The mountains, snow and clouds were an incredible vision of the the Lord in all his glory. What a way to wake up to Christmas day.

Light snow started after we went to bed. There was a nice inch or 2 of fluffy snow on the ground when we woke up.
I count that as a win! We’re in the SW outskirts of Portland Oregon

I’m in NH. We had snow, sleet, freezing rain, temps in the twenties and there were many accidents all over the state.

6 inches on the ground here in Klamath Falls Oregon. More on the way this week. Definitely a white Christmas and New Year’s!

Western PA. 60 and an inch of rain. That would have made a White Christmas if it had been 30 degrees.

Of course we didn’t. This is the reason we have our coach – to ESCAPE snow each Winter…
