The industry as a whole is suffering tremendously from the lack of quality service nationwide. It’s so bad out here in the SoCal area, customers are having to wait 4-8 weeks just to get an appointment to drop their unit off at the dealership. From there, it can take up to another 2-4 weeks to get it fixed if parts are needed to be ordered. If the problem doesn’t get better soon, the industry is going to fall flat on its face again. The millennial generation that is starting to venture into our industry does not have the patience to deal with the lack of service…they will move onto something else. I love what I do and it is frustrating for me to see these people spend their hard earned money on an RV only to see it sit in a shop for months at a time.
