That means that the system is working as intended.
The likely culprit if you’re not getting these kinds of emails on a regular basis is some kind of blocking/SPAM/virus protection system either on your local computer or (more likely these days) at your internet email provider or web host. For instance, we know that Yahoo is an active problem and you will need to go into Yahoo and “white list” our emails.
