Usually, it is situations around you that are out of your control. But even though hairy towing situations might be out of your control you can plan for them, be prepared for them, and in some cases avoid them entirely.
Don’t worry, even experienced RVers continue to get anxious about towing. Patience is key, and with more experience, it dissipates more quickly.

Hmmm. He mentions one stress-inducer being “driving down the Interstate and having to get over 3 or 4 lanes so you can exit”. I assert that we (RVers) should not be over 3 or 4 lanes from the exit ramp. We should normally be in the 1st or second lane from the exit ramp. The only time to be 3 or 4 lanes over is if there is an obstruction. Still, being aware of where you want to exit should avoid being too far left on the highway, if you are forced to be that far over.
