Happy new reader!
Hi Chuck and the gang at RV Travel.com,
I’m dropping a line about a $50 contribution I made to RVtravel. I don’t think it went through. I’m a new member and was so impressed with your site I just had to sign up. I would like a little help taking care of this because I’m such a electronic dinosaur so any he!p from your end would be much appreciated. By the way great editorial on Saturday’s newsletter — “Down with Facebook, up with tech advice, interesting info, and other RVers trips — successful and not so successful adventures. You guys keep up the great job! — Ray — short timer ’til retirement. (Feb. 21, 2021)
Dear Ray,
Thanks for the generous donation. We appreciate it very much. We’ll figure out if something went wrong with the payment process and let you know. Please report back to us when you head out on your first trip in retirement! Have fun!
Goodbye. . . for now!
Dear Chuck,
After many years I have unsubscribed from your newsletters. I just wanted you to know that it was NOT because of anything your organization did. I had contributed in the past and I applaud your efforts to help RVers and the industry. Your newsletters are top-notch and informative. But it looks as if my spouse and I may have reached the end of the line in Rv’ing after doing it since 2001. We progressed from a used Class C all the way to a big Class A and ended with an Airstream trailer, which was our favorite of all. Sadly, we sold it this week and watched it leave our house towed away by someone other than us. As with many couples, health issues led us to this decision and our time is so overwhelmed that I am severely cutting down my emails. Therefore, I unsubscribed from all of your lists in an effort to reduce that inbox.
I just wanted to thank you for your efforts and your great service to the industry and the RVing community. If we get back into it, the first place I’ll come back to is RV Travel. — Bob V. (Feb. 21, 2021)
Dear Bob,
It’s been great having you along. I hope your health issues improve. (My parents hung up their RVing for awhile for health reasons, then returned later. So who knows?) The best to both of you!
