It might seem odd but when I total up what I drink the most of in a single day its milk as I drink milk with all meals and late night snacks. Just a habit from growing up and being a dairy farmer my whole life.

Nothing like a glass of ice cold milk with a piece of chocolate cake or chocolate anything and especially fresh straight dairy milk. Miss those days growing up as a kid going to the dairy farm.

Used to dip a small bucket into the bulk tank in the morning for milk to drink for the house.

Same here, although I have a swallowing disability and 1% milk proves to be a great chaser to help wash the food down. I drink a lot if milk in the course of a day with three meals and snacks.

I found this piece of trivia for milk. Before milk and cookies or other desserts became a fashion it was lemonade or other aide drink for desserts. It was milk to promote the dairy farmer that became the fashion. I think it started at the turn of the century. Its chocolate milk or nothing. But I do cook with milk. Hot chocolate on tap tonight.

Water (flavored) and followed by coffee. For me about 6 bottles about 16 fl oz along with. 5-6 cups of coffee largest single cup kerig serving. That’s my daily fluid in take.

Water as I am prone to Kidney Stones, the Doctor said to add a teaspoon of lemon juice per pint. I have a 40 oz water bottle and add 2 tsp+ and drink 3-4 bottles per day. We also have two to three cups of green tea. Maybe a can of Diet Mountain Dew every couple of weeks. Just the Dew for the caffeine kick.

half and half is about as far as I can go. We use 1% milk and it is like drinking black coffee. Although I can drink black if I have to.

Water, freshly brewed unsweetened ice tea and black coffee (no sugar) in that order.

I drank artificially sweetened ice tea for over 45 years, had a glass beside me always except bedtime. New wife switched me over to ice water for the last 5 1/2 years and my body has been thanking me ever since. I sleep better, bodily functions do better, I never realized how good water tastes, of course it’s filtered water. We just bought a home in FL and one of the things we’ll have to do is install a water filter as most FL water has a sulfur taste to it.

That artificial stuff will put you in an early grave. I got our family off beef. Chicken or turkey and thats it. Organic and my husband had a fit but when he got use to what I was making with it he loved it. We may have a real burger but that is far and few between. And the corn syrup? In most foods are really hard on the liver. Been over 20 years since we switched to healthy stuff and most of the sugar is gone as well. But I know when he sneaks a sugary snack and it drives him nuts. Stay healthy folks.

Better off drinking alcohol than the tap water here.

In the past few years I really have concentrated on drinking water. I can’t tell you the last soda, ice tea, or any sweetened drink I had. I do drink some coffee first thing in the morning. My insulated water glass is 24 oz and I drink 3-4 of them a day. It is amazing how much better I feel.

Le Croix or bottled tea is our favorite. I will drink hot tea when in the mood. But there nothing like sparkling water over plain water any day of the week.

Homemade kombucha, coffee and water in about equal amounts.

I would have picked milk if that had been one of the choices.

But normally it’s a liter and a half of sugar free huckleberry lemonade during the workday. As the temps dropped when I worked outside, I would go from two cups of coffee to about four. First year I haven’t done that in a long, long time!

I don’t drink the same things every day. It also depends on the time of year as I drink a lot more water in the summer. I start my day out with a cup of coffee and take it from there.

Water is number 1, then coffee.
