You know what they say: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Did you already eat breakfast this morning? Are you about to eat breakfast? If so, what are you having?

According to Food Network, the most popular breakfast item in America is eggs! Did you have eggs for breakfast this morning?

In today’s poll, you can select up to three answers if you had more than one thing (like if you had fruit, yogurt and granola, for example).

Won’t eat breakfast until after 11:00, I will have 3 Graham Crackers about 07:00 to hold me over until the wife feels like eating. I like to eat my meals with her.

Me too.

It’s hard to eat at 8 if she hasn’t made it yet… 😲

First things first: coffee!
Then, brown rice topped with freshly grated turmeric, salt and pepper, olive oil, and toasted nuts!

Breakfast varies but always fruit ,yogurt and at times oatmeal or eggs. Now and then a small oatmeal cake.

I have what I call permanent morning sickness. If I eat before 10 a.m., I am going to be sick. At 10 or so, I will have a granola bar and a fig bar.

Standard breakfast has become a handful of vitamins washed down with orange juice, an Atkins meal bar, and usually, but not always, two cups of heavily sugared and even more heavily creamered coffee.

When I don’t have to rush out the door, I make a shake around 9 am. If I have to rush out, I try to get up early enough to make an egg with sautéed greens, peppers, and asparagus.

My wife and I each morning eat overnight oats prepared with cultured liquid yogurt and antioxidant items. We make it all about the gut brain connection.

My husband makes me my keto eggs with veggies and bacon every morning he’s home but today he had to take the truck in for an oil change. So I ate a chunk of smoked cheddar and some keto crackers.

Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort in Mission, TX, final Tuesday morning breakfast of the season. It was clubhouse kitchen clean-out day. Had omelets’, eggs to order, plain pancakes, blueberry pancakes and sausage patties. Had a full house and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

Scrambled eggs with a meat substitute (soy protein, onions and peppers) that my wife found and likes (not as good as Jimmy Dean sausage, but good for eggs), with shredded Mexi-Cheese blend, fried potatoes and pico, plus toast. Add in a triple shot Americano and you basically have a bit of everything!

I rotate breakfast, just to make things interesting. Today will probably be scrambled oats. Oatmeal with eggs, green chili, chopped green veggies and some chopped meat, all mixed in and cooked together.
