Jayco motorhomes are being recalled due to an upside-down camera module. Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Aspire Class A motorhomes. The camera control module may have been installed upside down and flush to the floor, which can allow it to overheat and prevent the camera image from displaying. A camera image that does not display decreases the driver’s visibility, increasing the risk of a crash. Up to 137 motorhomes could be affected.
Remedy for upside-down camera module
Dealers will inspect the camera image, install two brackets and replace the module as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 7, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903607.
Notes
Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153), or go to www.nhtsa.gov.

Thank you, Russ and Tina! 🙂 Entegra Aspires recalled?!? Well, that is a fine “how do you do?” for a luxury DP!?!?! Upside down?! Well, the assembly line folks should have looked at the writing on the back (?) or the installation instructions before slapping it into the coaches. And it is near the floor? Must be behind tbe dash facade. Oh well, score a recall for Thor/Jayco/Entegra. 😯🙁 Thanks again, Russ and Tina, and safe travels! 🙂
