Marcus Lemonis’ estate near Santa Barbara, Calif., is on the market for $27 million. The Camping World CEO and TV personality behind The Profit and The Fixer is selling this single-story home located within Ennisbrook, one of California’s most private and exclusive gated communities. The property spans more than two acres and offers sweeping mountain and ocean views.
We bring this to your attention in case you are perhaps considering giving up your RV in favor of a more permanent living situation. We admit it’s a bit pricey, but maybe it’s in your range if you’ve won a lottery in recent times.
The home features lavish interiors and high-end finishes

The 8,847-square-foot residence includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and high-end finishes throughout. Highlights include custom stone fireplaces, rich wood floors, Lutron lighting, blackout shades, and a retractable glass wall that opens the kitchen directly to the gardens. Multiple floor-to-ceiling windows and a glass-front atrium bring in natural light and frame the dramatic surroundings, creating a sense of openness and elegance throughout the home.
The outdoor spaces resemble a private resort
Outside, the estate offers a pool and spa, tennis and bocce courts, multiple fire pits, and gardens planted with fruit trees, including lemons, oranges, peaches, plums, and tangerines. The grounds are meticulously maintained, blending luxury and natural beauty while offering plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing in privacy.
Contemporary design with comfort and elegance

The home’s design balances comfort with elegance. Multiple fireplaces, an open layout, and high ceilings create spacious living areas, while attention to detail in finishes and fixtures adds refinement.
Listed with Compass broker Patrice Serrani, the estate offers buyers the opportunity to own a striking contemporary home in one of Southern California’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Alas, one thing that might dissuade some RVtravel.com readers from jumping at this opportunity is, there appears to be no RV pad with hookups.
Still, if you’re interested, the payments are only $165,860 a month, a very affordable $5,528 a day.

Thank you for the notice, Russ and Tina! Think it might take winning the lottery multiple times to buy this even if a low-ball offer of $20 million is accepted. Does this imply that he is headed elsewhere and possibly selling his ownership in Camping World? However this goes, it certainly is food for thought. Have a great day and safe travels!
Who really cares?
Probably no rv’s allowed in this gated community…lol
Does it also come with a worthless warranty?
Why? It seems to me implicit in running this story is an anti CEO anti Camping World bias, as this story helps no one here in their RV endeavors.
I guess the tennis court can probably fit 6 class A’s, so there’s that.
So not surprising that there are no RV hookups on Camping World CEOs property. He does not appear to understand the RV culture. It’s just a revenue stream for him.
