Any New Mexico state park: $14/night for W/E sites and $18/night for FHU sites for both residents and non-residents. The vehicle day pass, RV dump, flush toilets, hot showers, picnic table, grill or fire pit, and lake and or scenic views are all included free with that nightly rate. Take your pick from Rockhound SP (free mineral collecting) to Clayton Lake SP (dinosaur tracks in spillway) to Brantley Lake SP (convenient to Carlsbad Caverns NP) to Heron Lake SP (near narrow-gauge, steam-powered Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad) to any other NM SP. Best bargain state/provincial park cgs. in the 39 states, including Alaska, and 6 Canadian provinces where we have RVed.
