No shot, no Covid, no flu, no cold. I consider myself lucky or extremely immune. 68 years old, retired for 3 years. Have no problem wearing a mask. I have no problem with the vaccinated or unvaccinated. I just want to get my toilet paper and get out. Good luck and health to everyone.

Great comment, Curt. Especially your penultimate sentence. I’m with you on this.

Thanks Tommy. Social media has made us forget how to “temper thy words”. And, wait for it, “Common sense is the new super power”.

Amen to all of the above, especially about common sense. There’s enough room in life for all of us, so let’s share it and help each other enjoy it.

No colds or flu, however my allergies are at the worst in years. Wearing a mask seems to make it worse.

None! It’s been nice and still mask up. And haven’t had the grand children around in a group. Though they haven had colds being not in school the germ capital. As my old PCP would state if schools would open windows when children return to school from the weekends or vacation it would lessen the cold/flu season. But it has been nice not having a cold

I rarely get colds but in the last 18 months I have had two bad sinus infections requiring antibiotics.

No colds, no flu and so many less sinus or sinus related issues. Masks are multi purpose. USE THEM!!

Still No Voting Button?! … No colds or flu 🤧 🤒 , felt possible aches/sniffle coming on x1, took elderberry concoction with extra Vitamin C and D plus Echinacea for 1 day and never developed into anything at all, yay 😁!

The number of contagious diseases (colds) was much lower this past season. However, since many people did not have a gyn checkup, colonoscopy, vision exam, or even a simple yearly physical, cancer of all types was way up.

That’s too bad. Maybe has to do with the area. I was diagnosed and treated without issue during the pandemic and so were others I knew. Local medical systems encouraged people to continue their general care.

One of the reasons I intend to continue masks in stores or in crowds outside after the pandemic. Sure love not having had any colds or flu.

Immune Suppressed, I normally do all the protocols y’all have taken up since the pandemic started. No more, no less re: colds.

While reduced rhinovirus contagion has been a plus, our immune systems work best when they get exercised (sort of like our generator). That said, once I retired from the elementary school Petri dish, 5 years ago, I haven’t been on antibiotics, which used to happen 2-3 times a year. I think being able to sanitize shopping cart handles, and people wearing masks when they have coughs or are sneezing etc., does help reduce the spread of cold and flu viruses. I’m not so sure it helps the healthy to be continually rebreathing their own air, though.
