This is a sad indications of todays RV manufacturing. Just how does something this important get thru the manufacturing process with all the supposed “qualify control” supervisors, then dealers PDIs!! These RVs should never have left the factory lots!!

Forest River is owned by Thor. A little investigation will reveal that quality is not satisfactory. This is not a surprise.

How? Just how? can you screw up 573 times without knowing it? And EMERGENCY EXIT on top of it? SOMEONE had to know it. It is not like 573 of these things just zip thru the line in one day. When the window guy went to the emergency window bin to pick one up, surely, he knew it. The parts ordering guy surely knew they needed to order more. I am sure some management person knew it. Just ship them out and we will let the dealer install them when we figure it out. They need to be investigated just like Boeing. This HAD to be known. Like gov’t intervention or not, this industry needs to be regulated in some manner.
