Couple sue Forest River, saying RV has been in shop 340 days

A Pasadena, Texas, couple is suing Forest River, Inc., alleging they were sold a defective vehicle.

Keith Walls and Amy Walls have filed a complaint in Harris County District Court against Forest River Inc., alleging violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, breach of express warranties and breach of implied warranties.

According to the complaint, the Wallses purchased a 2016 Crossroads Sierra on Nov. 18, 2016, from Camping World RV Sales in Katy, Texas, for the price of $67,000. The lawsuit states the vehicle has been in the shop for 340 days and that Forest River was negligent through distributing a faulty vehicle. Among the problems the plaintiffs allege: numerous defects in the operation of the vehicle including water leaks and damages, electrical wiring issues and trim issues.

The Wallses seek up to $100,000, attorney fees, court costs, interest and all other just relief.
