Did you stick to your 2023 New Year’s resolution?

Do you remember the New Year’s resolution you made waaaaay back at the beginning of 2023? (Actually, that feels like yesterday, doesn’t it?)

Was it to eat healthier? Lose weight? Exercise more? Save more money? Spend less time on social media? Spend more time with family and friends? (Those are all the most popular New Year’s resolutions, by the way.)

If you can remember your 2023 resolution, and if you even made one, did you stick to it or not? Tell us in the poll below. Do you have the same resolution for 2024? Tell us about it in the comments!

I make the same one every year and always stick with it.
My resolution is “Not make a resolution” easy to stick to.

The only time I have ever stayed up for New Years was when I was on watch during my 26 years in the Navy. After I retired from the navy, I am in bed about 22:00 every night unless i am sick. Occasionally get woken up at Mid-Night by some Jk-A shooting off fireworks.

Not quite. Still have a couple of days to lose 30 pounds and save up that million.

My yearly resolution is to live if I don’t die first. I’ve kept that resolution every year, so far.

Resolutions are made just so you have something to do the next year breaking them.
I checked made but forgot but I don’t think I made any for years.

After hearing that most New Year’s resolutions are broken, I’m going to use reverse psychology.
I resolve to put on a few pounds in the new year. Sure hope it works!

i make a resolution not to make New Year’s resolution. I’ve kept it even though I broke it by making it.
