I continue to be impressed by inTech, an RV manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality. It is one of the few RV brands I have covered that is actually better in person than in their videos (and the videos are impressive, too). Their 2024 Flyer Explore, a small but mighty toy hauler trailer, is no exception. In the video below, we get a walk-through tour from the company itself.
inTech redesigned the Flyer Explore for 2024 starting with an additional 5 inches of interior height.
The tour starts with a look at inTech’s welded aluminum frame, a feature of all their RVs, that makes this trailer both strong and lightweight. This first section of the video sets the stage for the build quality you can expect from inTech.
I love the optional exterior slide-out kitchen that will allow you to prepare celebration-worthy feasts outdoors. It includes a two-burner gas stove, table, and removable and transportable Dometic 12-volt refrigerator/freezer. This means if you ever want to leave the trailer behind, you can take the fridge in your vehicle and plug it into the 12-volt outlet.
The tip-out bedroom is rated to hold up to 1,100 pounds.

More nice features of the 2024 inTech Flyer Explore
- Maxxair fan with rain sensor
- Exterior LP quick connect
- Batwing awning
- Roof rack
- Optional 12,000 BTU furnace
- A/C with built-in Soft Start
- Six 500-pound in-floor tie-downs
What’s not to like?
It’s fine for what it is: a basic place to sleep off the ground and a way to haul your toys. However, this trailer lacks serious RV amenities, such as a kitchen and a bathroom. For a version of this trailer that adds those amenities, check out inTech’s Flyer Forge.

Thank you, Cheri! 🙂 Well, if one looks hard enough (and you and Tony seem to do just that), one can find an RV that is anywhere on the continuum between tent and bus-conversion. This one is way too close to a tent to suit me, but I am sure it has a following, numerous customers, and aspiring customers who dream of owning this. Thanks for the information! Great to see high-quality manufacturing! Have a great weekend, safe travels, and safe stays! 🙂
