In the video below join Myles of Myles RVs YouTube channel [143K subscribers, 38M views] for a first-look tour of a brand-new 5th wheel on the market for 2024, the Cruiser RV Essence E-25RK. Not only this particular model, but the entire Essence line is brand-new in 2024.
Keep in mind that Myles was touring an early prototype, so actual features might change when this 5th wheel goes into production.
Considered a mid-profile-level 5th wheel, the Cruiser RV Essence E-25RK does not have a drop frame. It does have a nice large pass-through storage compartment, though.
I love the rear kitchen layout as it gives you lots of open space along with large kitchen and living areas.
The kitchen has lots of counter space and a large stainless steel sink with functional trays that fit on it for storage and dish draining. There’s even an automatic bottle and glass washer. The sink is especially awesome in this rig!
For cooking, you’ll find a 3-burner stove, a microwave oven, and an oven/air fryer combo. A large Everchill 12-volt refrigerator with two separate freezer drawers keeps food chilled.
Even with the slide in, you will have no trouble getting to the bedroom and bathroom, or the refrigerator. You might not be able to use the stove or microwave with the slide in, but you will have access to everything else.
Two comfortable fully reclining Thomas Payne theater seats sit directly across from the TV. I especially like the functionality of the flip-up seats on the dinette that reveal storage underneath.
In the bathroom, they took advantage of everything they could to provide shower height. They did a good job, including mounting the showerhead high. Why more brands don’t do this is beyond me.
Two loooong drawers and additional storage are under the bed, and on top it’s flanked by two wardrobe closets. There’s even plenty of space for a dog bed underneath the people’s bed. Another closet is prepped for a stackable washer and dryer.

What’s not to like?
The placement of the TV in the living area is high.
Our host LOVES the look of the pantry/coffee bar area, but I am not so enthralled with the door that only closes off half of it. Plus, the entire cabinet kind of looks out of place to me.
Why they didn’t extend the LED lights to the bedroom is a mystery. Ditto blackout shades.
While this rig has electric stabilizer jacks, it lacks auto-leveling, which may or may not be important to you.
You will need at least a 3/4-ton truck to tow this. Again, this may or may not be a negative to you. Watch the video as Myles talks about the factors that will help you determine the tow vehicle you need.

I didn’t see any bumper on the back, and it had teeny weeny verticle tail lights. Not a fan of those lights, but I guess the lack of the bumper is to make it look sleeker. To me, it just doesn’t look right. I agree about the half-door on the coffee bar (or the liquor bar in OUR trailer!). What was the thought process in that move? The sink is unique and almost makes up for the farm sink, which I don’t like. Double sinks rule. I’m not a fiver fan, but this trailer could be workable.
Cheri needs to be more like Tony, this guy has way too much verbiage, a set of pictures with Cheri description would be great, looks like a nice unit, but couldn’t stay with the video, too much personal opinion.
