Tree woman: Is this real?

By Chuck Woodbury
ROADSIDE JOURNAL

I found this on Pinterest. Is it real? I don’t think so. It’s supposed to be in Spain.

Do you know anything about this?

Please let me know. If it’s real, I need to go see it and take my own photo. I need another excuse to visit Spain.

It’s a gorgeous country with wonderful people. That is, except for Barcelona, where you’d better be careful. Pickpockets are everywhere. It’s crazy! I am not kidding. Watch your stuff.

So true regarding pickpockets in Spain. My neighbor just experienced same in Barcelona. He thought he was safe by placing his wallet in the front pocket, not!

It’s amazing what some people can do with Photoshop.

Looks like part natural and part “enhanced”. Reminds me of a redwood tree in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park – the big burls next to each other, with aerial roots from them to the ground look just like a giant “bum” with legs. There are some other very interesting tree shapes in that area.
