RV bunkroom makeover: How to remove RV bunk beds

By Cheri Sicard
In the video below, we join the team from Married to the Farm for the start of what will become a dramatic RV bunkroom makeover.

This video, part of a multi-video series on their entire RV bunkroom makeover project, focuses on the important first task of any RV bunkroom makeover, as it shows how to remove RV bunk beds.

If you have wondered how to get RV bunk beds out, go along as our hostess faces this challenge. The process was a bit different for each bed, so she learned a lot while deconstructing the RV bunk beds. As the family wanted to start with a relatively clean slate for the RV bunkroom makeover, they also removed the RV’s original closet.

The most important thing that the family learned while doing the project was that, unknown to them, their RV had sustained water damage. This included mold and a severely damaged floor.

The couple was able to address these issues before continuing on with the bunkroom remodel, but be aware that you never know what you’ll find when you start deconstructing an RV!
