Anyone who wants a toy hauler with real garage space, a true residential feel, and an overall length under 40 feet will want to look at the 2026 Alliance Valor 35A14. This fifth wheel packs a 14-foot garage, a bath-and-a-half, a loft, and a king bed into a smart, easy-to-tow footprint.
In the video at the end of this post, the manufacturer, Alliance RV, gives us a tour.
2026 Alliance Valor 5th wheel toy hauler model 35A14 at a glance

- Overall length: 39 feet 11 inches
- Dry weight: 12,600 pounds
- GVWR: 16,800 pounds
- Toy hauler floor plan with 14-foot garage
- Bath-and-a-half layout
- Loft and multiple sleeping areas
That combination makes it a solid option for families, full-timers, or anyone hauling toys and wanting more comfort.
Garage plus!
The garage is the heart of this floor plan. It doubles as a cargo bay, extra sleeping space, and a second hangout area.
Off the back, the Valor 35A14 has an 8-foot weather-resistant ramp that also works as a patio. There is an awning over the patio for shade. Three-season glass patio doors separate the patio from the garage, which helps with climate control and keeps bugs and dust out.
Inside the 14-foot garage, multiple floor tie downs hold bikes, side-by-sides, or other gear in place. Once the toys are out, the space turns into a bunk room:
- HappiJac rollover sofas that convert into a queen-size bed
- A drop-down queen-size bed above
- USB ports and power outlets for both bed positions
A ladder leads up to a bunk loft. The loft area is prepped for a TV, and the garage is also prepped for a washer and dryer. That gives this space a lot of flexibility for guests, kids, or extra storage.
The garage is insulated like the main living area, including insulation in the floor and walls. From the factory, the coach comes with two air conditioners, and buyers can add a third AC dedicated to the garage. There is also a furnace duct that feeds this space, so it can be cooled and heated.
A half-bath sits right off the garage, which keeps traffic out of the main bathroom and gives guests a private option.
Living area
In the main living room, the Valor 35A14 has a three-seat power recliner sofa. The recliners run on 12-volt power from the solar package, so they can be used even when not plugged into shore power. The seats include USB charging, standard outlets, and four cup holders.
Directly across from the seating is the entertainment area with an optimally placed TV, a JBL sound system, plenty of storage, and a 5,000 BTU fireplace for extra heat and ambiance.
The kitchen in this coach feels open and bright, helped by large atrium-style windows that let in a lot of light. Those windows can open about halfway to boost airflow while cooking.
Key kitchen features include:
- Large kitchen island with a deep stainless steel sink
- 30-inch residential microwave
- Three-burner cooktop with oven
- 12-volt refrigerator
- Large pantry for dry goods
Along the wall, a hutch offers upper storage, a wide countertop for coffee makers or ice makers, and outlets above for small appliances, with more storage below.
The main bathroom sits just outside the bedroom. It has a 48-inch shower with a seat and two shelves for soaps and shampoos. Storage continues with a double medicine cabinet above a stainless steel sink, plus a porcelain toilet.
Bedroom
In the bedroom, the Valor 35A14 comes with a king-size bed and nightstands on both sides, each with USB charging. There is a padded headboard and a dresser across from the bed with four pullout drawers for clothing. The bedroom has its own dedicated air conditioner and is prepped for a TV.
Customer-driven design details
Alliance leans into owner feedback with a few smart touches that are easy to miss on a quick walk-through.
- No carpet anywhere in the coach
- No floor vents, which makes sweeping and mopping much easier
- PEX plumbing throughout
- Smart color-coded and numbered wiring to make troubleshooting simpler
- Two air conditioners standard, with the ability to run any two A/C units on 30-amp service
- Warranty coverage for full-time living use
For shoppers who want to stay on the road for long stretches, that full-time living warranty stands out.
Exterior
Outside, the Valor 35A14 focuses on durability and long-term value.
The roof uses a PVC material that carries a lifetime warranty. It is rated to be about 80 percent more solar reflective than many other roof materials and is patch-repairable.
The sidewalls use composite material on both the exterior and interior sides, with an aluminum superstructure between them. The same composite material continues through the entire floor of this All Access Valor. That means composite above and below the floor, which helps resist rot and soft spots over time.
On the campsite side, a large pass-through storage bay runs across the front of the coach, with full access from one side to the other.
New for model year 2026, the coach includes awning lights with a dimmer and three-way switches for the slides and awnings, with controls inside and outside.
In this area, there are 110-volt outlets, cable and satellite hookups, and USB charging in both Type A and Type C. The rig also comes with Starlink prep for easier satellite internet setup. Motion lights in the pass-through help at night.
A 12-gallon gas-electric water heater can run on propane, electric, or both. A 35,000 BTU furnace heats the interior, pass-through storage, and enclosed underbelly.
Auxiliary fuel station
On the rear corner, a 30-gallon auxiliary fuel station keeps toys and generators topped up, and a collapsible ladder provides roof access. A 50-amp power cord handles shore power.
At the nose of the 35A14, the 2026 front cap has a fresh design with three integrated LED lights. A CURT Rota-Flex™ pin box with a rubber pad helps reduce chucking and bucking while towing.
The front storage bay is split into three sections. The lower left holds an NPS 6,000-watt generator with pure sine inverter technology. That design is more fuel-efficient and friendlier for electronics. The generator has four ways to start it: a switch inside, a switch on the unit, a key fob, and a pull start if the batteries are low.
On the right side is the battery compartment. It is prepped for either lithium or lead-acid batteries. For 2026, the Valor 35A14 also includes an inverter prep that can feed outlets throughout the coach with up to a 3,000-watt inverter. Above, there is a 30-amp Victron charge controller and extra storage space. On the roof, a 400-watt solar panel comes standard.
Hookups in convenience bay
On the door side, the convenience bay gathers many of the hookups in one spot. There is a Nautilus panel for water control, along with hot and cold spray ports on both sides of the coach. Owners can set the rinse water temperature using the water heater controls.
An access hatch in this bay lets owners reach wiring and plumbing more easily if service is needed. Outlets and three-way switches for slide control also sit here. One of two 30-pound propane tanks is accessed on this side, giving 60 pounds of propane capacity in total.
To smooth out the ride, the Valor 35A14 uses a MORryde CRE 3000 suspension system that helps with towability. Keyed alike baggage and entry doors mean one key runs all the exterior locks, instead of a bundle of separate keys.
The 2026 Valor 35A14 brings a 14-foot garage, bath-and-a-half layout, loft, and king bedroom into a rig that stays under 40 feet. For buyers who want to haul toys without giving up true home comforts, this floor plan checks a lot of boxes. Learn more about the Valor 35A14 5th wheel toy hauler here.
