Do you know the name of the company that manufactured the 2025-model travel trailer pictured above? We’ll give you a hint: The company has been around for more than 60 years. No, not Fleetwood, Winnebago or Airstream. When we say it’s been around more than 60 years, we mean it has been making recreational vehicles all those years.
Here’s another hint: It makes both towable and motorized RVs.

On its website it defines itself as a company that creates “high-quality leisure vehicles that combine innovative design and outstanding craftsmanship, turning every journey into an inspiration. With a relentless focus on new technologies and thoughtful design, our vehicles bridge the past and future, delivering exceptional performance and comfort.”
We don’t believe many RVtravel.com readers will know or guess correctly that this company is not based in the United States, but in Slovenia, which has a thriving community of RV enthusiasts. Slovenia? Really?
Many Americans assume that the American RV camping industry dominates the world and that North America is center stage of the lifestyle. Nope, not true.
RVing is popular worldwide
For example, consider the popularity of two giant RV shows. Both just wrapped up, in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and Dusseldorf, Germany. The Hershey event, billed as America’s Largest RV Show, attracted approximately 49,000 visitors. The other big American show, in Tampa, Florida draws about the same. The German show, called Caravan Salon Dusseldorf, attracted 269,000 this year.
RVing is popular around the world. Europe, the U.K., Asia, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, China, Brazil and South Africa are just a few countries where people love to RV and where RVs are made. Even the residents of the small island nation of Iceland are nuts about travel with motorhomes, camper vans and caravans (the latter term used most often through the world for travel trailers). And we all know how popular the lifestyle is in Canada.
The caravan (trailer) you see above is called an Action, and is made by Adria Mobil of Slovenia, one of Europe’s leading recreational vehicle companies.
Watch a short video that will give you a better idea of the company and its products.

It looks like they put the hitch on the wrong end! Kinda like a teardrop being towed backwards. Maybe they didn’t want to copy USA style trailers!LOL!
Very interesting! Thanks

Bet theirs are not crap like most of what is being produced here in the US. Two years ago, I toured one assembly line for Class A from a MAJOR manufacture. We were able to tour a $800K unit just off the production line, but through final inspection. That motorhome made it all the way through production/final inspection, before they realized the panty doors would not open…and only because our tour group discovered the problem. Scary! There should be much better consumer protections on these major purchases.
Tell me about these panty doors……..
I won’t share the brand, no longer in business I think, but my 1st Brand New TT had the roof vents on backwards. Among bent wheels and other swell things..It was a great rig otherwise…What do ya think Terry?..1997…
In Europe, almost all RVs are pulled by a small SUV vehicle. The hitch is small compared to those in the US.
I was thinking ACME…the same company that supplies all the swell stuff for Wile..Tom & Jerry..Woody ..etc. all my early morning pals, better than the news lately…..(;+)…….
