(February 20, 2025) — Camping World Holdings, Inc. the world’s largest RV dealer, announced today that it has closed on the asset and real estate properties of Lazydays RV in Surprise, Arizona (a suburb of Phoenix). The company expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.
“This is the first of multiple locations anticipated to close in the coming weeks,” explained Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping World. “These locations bring top OEM brands, incremental market share opportunity, and a more traditional RV product mix that aligns with our strategic priorities. We expect to continue to capitalize on today’s robust dealership M&A environment.”
Camping World has grown from a single store in Bowling Green, Kentucky, to the nation’s largest retailer of RVs, RV accessories and RV-related services.
With more than 185 Camping World SuperCenters nationwide, a full-service call center and a website featuring products for RVs, camping, towing and outdoor living, Camping World is a dominant force in the RV industry.

Que up the howling “it’s all corporate greed.” Businesses are generally NOT in business to lose money. (BYW, I avoid Camping World whenever possible – my CHOICE to patronize or not).
