In the video below, we join Scott from the Go Small. Live Large! YouTube channel for a tour of an amazing Class B Sprinter van RV, the Coach House Arriva. I think after the tour you will agree that it is the bathroom that really sets this Class B van motorhome apart from much of its competition. You don’t often see a dry bath in a Class B.
There is a nice amount of storage throughout. I like that the two single sofas convert into a king-sized bed.
The kitchen features a convection/microwave oven, a large single sink, and a two-burner cooktop. I was impressed with the large size (for a Class B) refrigerator and freezer.
But it’s the large, dry bathroom that makes the Coach House Arriva stand out. You have a sink with a small amount of counter space, a medicine cabinet, a porcelain toilet, and, best of all, a separate shower area. There’s even a decent-sized hanging wardrobe closet in the bathroom, too.
More nice features of the 2024 Coach House Arriva V24 Class B Sprinter van
- Exterior TV
- Sliding bug screen door
- 15,000-BTU ducted roof air conditioner w/heat pump
- 4-seasons all-weather interior plumbing
What’s not to like?
Like all Class B Sprinter vans, it’s priced at over $200K.
This is not my favorite floorplan layout, but you might feel differently. The two long benches take up all your interior and are not that comfortable or useful, in my opinion.
Yes, the bathroom is impressive, but I would trade a dry bath for a smaller wet bath and a bed I did not have to put away every day.
2024 Coach House Arriva V24 Class B Sprinter van specs
Some specs were sparse without requesting a brochure and talking to a salesperson. For instance, I could find no tank size info on the Coach House website or in this video. But here’s what we do know:
- Length: 24’
- Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis
- 3.0L V6 diesel engine with adaptive ESP, 188HP and 325 foot-pounds of torque
- Electronically controlled 5-speed transmission
- Price: I am not sure if this is the MSRP or the show sale price, but in the video it shows this RV listed at $222,235.

The RV industry study sounds like first class BS!
I like it, I wish I had $250,000.00 (after tax and license) of disposable income to spend on it.
If I had that kind of money to blow on a class B I’d spend it on a class A and have many more things to show for my money.
Thank you, Cheri! Must be a thankless task to search high and low for RVs of all kinds, find them, share them, and get little-to-no thanks. I admit, few interest me, but it is educational to see a variety of RVs with a variety of features. Thanks again! Safe travels! 🙂
Actually it’s fun Neal. I LOVE RVs and RVing, I always have, so for me this is a pretty great job. Especially when there are nice folks like you to comment.
Well, that’s very good and at least partly explains how you do it so well. 🙂
