East to West RV debuts new Class C motorhome

October 2, 2025 — East to West RV, a division of Forest River Inc., has introduced its newest motorized recreational vehicle, the College Avenue Class C motorhome.

The College Avenue is named after the street where Forest River was founded in Goshen, Indiana. According to a news release, the Class C motorhome combines “durability, comfort, and modern functionality.” The new model is aimed at both first-time buyers and experienced RV owners, offering multiple floorplans and a range of features.

Highlights include:

• Versatile living spaces: Sleeping options include a rear king bed that converts to dual twins and a spacious overhead bunk.

• Residential-inspired interiors: Contemporary finishes, modern appliances, and a home-like feel.

• Upgraded power and efficiency: Dual A/C units and an available E-Gen option with lithium batteries, secondary alternator, and 600-watt solar package for off-grid use.

• Construction: Built on a Ford E-450 chassis with a 7.3L gas engine, the model includes a one-piece molded fiberglass front cap and laminated sidewalls with Azdel composite backing.

• Additional features: Pet-friendly ventless floors, a mudroom nook, and USB-C charging ports.
