Love’s adds RV hookups to six more stops nationwide

While big travel stop company Love’s says it’s bringing several new locations on-line this year, the company is also revamping a number of their existing stops. Included on the list, six existing locations now offer full RV hookups. Seven other Love’s outlets are sprucing up in ways that might also be attractive to the RV crowd. What Love’s locations added RV hookups?

From Texas to Missouri, Love’s locations added RV hookups

Six Love’s stores have been retrofitted with RV hookups and amenities. Each location includes the ability to book and manage stays directly through the Love’s Connect app. RV travelers can now enjoy upgrades at these locations:

  • Belleville, Kansas
  • Bevier, Missouri
  • Neosho, Missouri
  • Kingsville, Texas
  • Lubbock, Texas
  • Sulphur Springs, Texas

Major revamps at seven other Love’s

Through its Strategic Remodel Initiative (SRI), Love’s has refreshed seven stores so far in 2025—giving them a more modern look and feel while staying open to serve travelers.

The SRI remodels include expanded restrooms, upgraded showers, improved laundry facilities, Love’s Fresh Kitchen and more! Newly remodeled locations include:

  • Haubstadt, Indiana
  • Fargo, North Dakota
  • Oakdale, Wisconsin
  • Blacksburg, South Carolina
  • Mt. Vernon, Texas
  • Richmond, Kentucky
  • Binghamton, New York

Since Love’s added new RV hookups, it’s giving the company more “in” with many RVers.  Download the Love’s Connect app to find upgraded locations, access exclusive deals and manage your RV’s stay on the road.

Just remember it’s a Truck Stop 1st. They work 24/7/365. It will be constant coming and going. Already some not all RVers are complaining.

Agree but it depends on the location. I think their newer ones are designed so the rv’s are in back and away from the truckers. I stayed at one in Alabama and it was like a campground. Very quiet.

it’s not a resort, it’s designed to be a stopover while on a trip.

Thank you, for the news, Russ and Tina! We got fuel in South Dakota (?) along I-90 west at a Love’s location with a campground across the street. The campground lacked trees, but the sites appeared quite adequate for a stay of one, or more, nights. When overnighting en-route somewhere, we’ll definitely consider them. Have a great day and safe travels!

Given that I view Love’s as a potential overnight stop on my way to somewhere else, I could only wish for pull-throughs as a highly desirable feature.

For those complaining about noise – do you think an overnight in a freeway rest stop, casino, Walmart, etc. parking lot is any quieter? The location is the on-off the road convenience, fuel, nearby supplies – and FHU?, wonderful!

Too bad they are so seldom along my routes to somewhere else.

My problem with the Loves RV sites is the price. I’m not going to pay that much to park overnight next to gas pumps. The Ohio turnpike has similar RV parking at some of the travel plazas and they only charge $20. That is reasonable.

Amen to that! I’ve stayed in a handful of Love’s RV Stops and not once would I say I got value for money. The incessant noise, the music playing at the gas pumps all night, and the constant traffic at all hours make it an unenjoyable experience.

Then, to top it off, they usually charge as much or more than mom’n’pop campgrounds in the area.

The final straw for me was at one location (I forget which; Tennessee, maybe?) didn’t have dumps at the spots. But they would have been more than happy to take $10 to use the dump station at the other side of the lot! After paying full price for staying the night already? I think not!

I recently checked pricing on one along a planned route. It as $60 and did NOT have sewer hookup at the site (did allow dumping at a central dump). The main reason we might use it is to wash 2-3 loads of clothes enroute so that one is a no-go. I can pay for a whole year of Harvest Hosts and usually have a quiet location, for the cost of 2-3 nights at a Loves.

We traveled today from Banning, CA, enroute to Merced, CA. Wanted to stop about halfway, Bakersfield. I looked into Love’s RV Stop, $58. We got a campsite at A Country RV for $56 total (includes any taxes and fees). What Love’s offers should be no more than $30 a night.

This is the way! For $20 – $30 a night, sure. Anything more and the cost-value proposition comes up short.
