Love’s to add more RV hookups nationwide this year

Travel stop king Love’s says RVers will continue to see more RV hookups across the country this year. Love’s in 2025? Even if your plans don’t include overnighting, the outfit hopes to entice you to drop in for fuel for your rig—and your belly.

83 more hookups at Love’s in 2025

This year, Love’s will continue to add locations and amenities to cater to the needs of RVers. The company will add 83 hookups to 17 locations, surpassing the 100-location mark. Love’s established network of convenient, safe, and dog-friendly locations makes it easy for customers needing somewhere to stay on the way to their destination.

Unique to Love’s, customers can use the Love’s Connect app to reserve a space, check-in, and turn on utilities.

Love’s says it’s also paying attention to growing its food and drink offerings. It will continue to expand its Fresh Kitchen program through a new Culinary Innovation Center located in Oklahoma City. The center will be used to develop and test food offerings including tacos, salads, sandwiches, snack trays, and more.

In addition to new fresh food offerings, customers will also see the continued expansion of Love’s branded items. Those include new fresh juice options, candy, and flavored popcorn.

If grub arrival speed is important, Love’s says it’s pumping that up as well. The outfit is adding “order ahead” to the Love’s Connect app at several locations, including more than 100 Arby’s.

20 new Love’s locations this year alone, with multiple “refreshes”

Of course, it’s all useless if there isn’t a Love’s near your route. Love’s in 2025 aims to grow and refresh its nationwide network of locations with 70 locations that will be new or updated. The company plans to start construction of 20 new stores and begin updating 50 existing locations.

Look for a major “refresh” at its turnpike location in Stroud, Oklahoma, the first of the turnpike locations to be remodeled that were acquired in 2023. With new locations and refresh efforts this year, more than half of Love’s 655 locations will be newly constructed or remodeled by 2035.

Access to more overnight stopping off areas should be a good thing, I would think..

Thank you, Russ and Tina! I wonder if Love’s is over-reaching, given their pace of building and renovating? I guess we’ll see. The food offerings mentioned are intriguing. I certainly will not go out of the way to avoid sampling their RV overnighting options. Have a great day and safe travels!

We’ve stayed at Love’s several times in the last few years. In our part of the country Love’s are a common sight. They are always clean, well lit and easily accessible, with food, fuel, dog parks, and dump stations. Perfect for overnight stop enroute. We’ve also stayed overnight at Love’s that do not have RV facilities with no issues. We always ask first and they show us where we can park.

“new fresh juice options, candy, and flavored popcorn.”
This sounds like they are copying the Buc-ee’s model, which is a good thing in my opinion.

I went to the site and the first one I checked was $55. I checked another one in LA and $43 but without sewer. Last time I had to take a dump and Loves was nearby, they charged me $20 to dump and there was guy in line asking me how long I would be. Also, Loves diesel is generally more expensive on OpenRoads than other stations. I welcome the convenience of pulling in while transiting and fully automated reservation and check in. I will probably use it some but will first look for a private or gov campground at similar price. If they don’t have sewer, for us, a Harvest Host or Walmart parking lot overnight while in transit is just as good or better.

Love’s Truck Stops are placed in high traffic areas for a reason and that’s inescapable so it comes down to overnight dry camping in the parking lot for free or paying for the same nuances but with hook-ups.

Me personally, I don’t see any appeal in sleeping at a truck stop on either side of the gate if given the choice but I’m not going to condemn having more choices.

I’d like to hope the “order ahead” reduces the time vehicles sit unoccupied in the fuel lanes but I’ll keep my skepticism…..

I love this! I wish we had a big rv stop location out here in Ca….maybe even two or three. Hats off to Love’s for being the rv’ers friend.

I just visited their site and signed up for the RV parking. Easy, and they are getting closer to my travel areas. This one in Baker City, Idaho.
I’ve stopped there for fuel a couple of times coming and going. I even blew-up my bike tire, Kablooie. It fills R.V. and truck tires fast.
I didn’t expect the higher than usual pressure. My fault…Chicken embryos all over my face… 😉 ……

Bicycle tires should be filled by a hand air pump. Not that strong.

We drive our RV rig to Florida from Wisconsin. We have stopped over night in Way sides, Truck stops, southern Campgrounds that are open, and a Casy’s ( we asked permission to stay, they were so gracious) This is very good news. I now admire our Truckers and appreciate what they do. We are careful not to be bad RVers.

I would think the rates would be more attractive for what you get. my thought, over priced

We stayed overnight at Love’s truck stop over the holidays. Heading south trying to beat any snow storms. That was not one with RV sites. They told us it was fine since it was quiet due to the holidays. The truckers have to get off the roads for rest. Would use one of their RV sites in the future.

Some of Love’s campgrounds are great. Others are to stay away from. The ones that have full hookups with no place to clean out dumping mistakes are not only unpleasant but unhealthy with human waste spilled everywhere. We asked for our money returned because we were leaving and it was refused. We had to dispute with our credit card which was resolved quickly. Be very careful in the pet areas because they are too dirty .

Just a question concerning Love’s travel stops. Are all the spaces available backin only or are there pull thrus for those of us with trailers or toads? Just much easier if you don’t have to unhook. Thanks Jeff
