How to clean dark streaks off your RV
By Gail Marsh
You love your RV, but what are those terrible dark streaks? More importantly, how can you remove them? If you discover dark streaks on your RV, these tips are for you!
Many RVers are bewildered. Just what causes those dark streaks, anyway? One potential cause comes from natural elements. When it rains, dirt, dust, mold, and pollutants from your RV’s roof wash down onto the side panels, often leaving behind a nasty, dark streak. If left unattended for a while, the streak becomes very difficult to remove. Continue reading.

2026 Forest River Airelume 255: Nice couples travel trailer (with a few exceptions)
By Gail Marsh
The 2026 Forest River Airelume 255 is designed primarily with couples in mind. That’s what prompted me to take a closer look. I think they step too far into the “shabby chic” category—with way too much emphasis on “shabby”. What do you think?

By Russ and Tiña De Maris
“Honey, there’s a deer in our bed!” Well, “honey” would have to look quick, because when the deer crashes the RV, it may not stick around long. We’re not sure if this is a comment about the resiliency of the Cervidae species, or about the thin-wall construction of RVs. In any event, a deer crashing into your RV could ruin your whole day! Watch this very short, and very interesting, video.

Don’t use stabilizer jacks for leveling
Don’t try to use trailer stabilizer jacks to bring your rig up into level—most are designed simply to give more stability to the rig once leveled. Using these to try and level a rig can cause damage.
