As you enter the front door, you’re greeted by a spacious L-shaped sectional that comfortably seats up to five people—perfect for entertaining friends or hosting VIP guests. This area doubles as an ideal spot for wedding parties or even transforms into a trendy photo booth with its own entrance for special events. Remove the back cushions; you have a cozy sleeping space for two.
Functional and stylish kitchen
The dinette area offers a cozy spot for dining or working and can easily convert into a twin-sized bed for additional sleeping quarters. Adjacent to the dinette, a large pantry with deep pull-out shelves provides ample storage for all your essentials. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a generously sized countertop for meal preparation and serving. Equipped with a portable induction cooktop, a kegerator with dual taps for drink options, and a marine-grade double-drawer fridge capable of storing full champagne bottles, this space is designed for culinary creativity.
Luxurious bathroom retreat
At the rear of the trailer, you’ll find a gloriously roomy bathroom with plenty of countertops and drawer storage. Whether you need extra space for beverages, food staging, or personal toiletries, this area has you covered. The stainless steel sink, toilet, and shower with a teak insert mat provide both functionality and style. Natural light floods the shower area through a well-placed vent, enhancing the spacious feel.
Modern comforts and amenities
Two Maxxair fans ensure excellent ventilation throughout the trailer, complemented by an air conditioning unit and furnace controlled by a thermostat for optimal climate control. A large serving window easily opens on actuators, connecting the interior seamlessly with the outdoors.
The Spartan Manor is a labor of love
This project was a labor of love for Flyte Camp. Anna (co-owner of Flyte Camp) told us they started with a gutted shell. She went on to say, “We had the creative freedom to design and build a trailer that fills a void in our lives—and we know it will do the same for someone else.”

In 1952 our family of 6 moved from Hermosa Beach, California to Merritt Island, Florida in ’39 Packard, pulling a Spartan Manor (but hardly just like this!). How in the world 6 of us managed to sleep still amazes me (but, I was 10 at the time with 3 older sisters.).
This would be great for a single or couple, and is very nicely done, IMHO.
