Here’s your opportunity to get educated by RVtravel.com‘s electrical expert Mike Sokol live on NERVDA’s (New England RV Dealers Association) Facebook page on Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. EST (4 to 5 p.m. PST). Whether you’re a new RVer with no electrical knowledge, or a seasoned electrical engineer, you won’t want to miss this information-packed one hour with Mike.
The information is for everyone – not just those of you in New England. You’ll not only be smarter about electricity from listening to Mike’s important message, but you’ll also be a safer RVer. Just click on www.facebook.com/rvinginnewengland at the appropriate time.
I’ve been asked back to do a follow-up segment soon. And I could be doing a few seminars for RV owners while I’m in New England teaching RV technicians in April.
Yay Mike! But where are all those sponsors? Don’t they know the huge opportunity they’re missing?! (Think about it, sponsor-type people. Wake up and smell the possibilities. Just sayin’.) 😀 —Diane at RVtravel.com
Would love to watch this, but we have a dinner planned with my 95 year old mother. Will it be available (recorded) for watching later? Hope so!
Thanks for asking, Erica. I looked on the NERVDA website and it appears that they do post their talk show segments “after the fact.” So that’s good for those of you who have more important things to do (“Hi, Mom. 😀 From the RVtravel.com crew) or who just don’t want to go onto Facebook. When I spoke with Mike this morning I told him I hope he doesn’t lose his voice halfway through the one-hour show. He’s not too worried about it — he’s used to presenting seminars in addition to teaching at a college. He’ll have lots of interesting and important information on this show (as usual) — so I hope lots of our RVtravel.com readers tune in for the show or listen afterwards. Thanks Diane, I’m very looking forward to hearing Mike’s presentation! Hope he has a Q&A at the end or during!
Dave
You’re welcome, Dave. I’m not sure if they’ll have a Q&A or not. Maybe they’ll announce it at the beginning of the program. I tried asking Mike but he didn’t get back to me yet. (Installing electrical-somethings somewhere today before the show — busy, busy guy!) Have a good night! 😀 —Diane at RVtravel.com
UPDATE: Here’s Mike’s response to my query: “Yes, they’re supposed to be able to ask questions. It’s all Q&A tonight.” I don’t see a number posted on their FB page, but maybe it will show up on the screen. —Diane at RVtravel.com
Yes, it’s available in “reruns” anytime on Youtube, and will be posted on multiple RV forums this week.
