Keystone RV Company is recalling certain 2025-2026 Fuzion, Raptor, Redwood, and 2024-2026 Voltage toy hauler travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles—which is not a good thing.
Models affected are:
• KEYSTONE/VOLTAGE/2024-2026
• KEYSTONE/FUZION/2025-2026
• KEYSTONE/RAPTOR/2025-2026
• KEYSTONE/REDWOOD/2025-2026
A ramp door that breaks during use increases the risk of injury. As many as 1,081 RVs may be affected by the recall, which was issued January 21.
Under certain conditions during loading or unloading of power sport vehicles into the garage area, the door core may disengage from the ramp door frame extrusion leading to an increased risk of personal injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install additional support brackets, free of charge. The remedy utilizes the original ramp door and the addition of three support brackets to prevent any core separation from the ramp door frame.
Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 13.
