Every time we turn on our computers, there’s another RV-related newsletter popping up in our inbox. There sure are a lot of them these days! Of course, none of them are as good as ours (wink), but still! It seems like everyone is putting one together!
Some focus on travel tips, others on gear reviews, and some seem to be little more than sales pitches disguised as newsletters. With so much content out there, it’s hard to know which ones are worth your time. Are they delivering real value, or just filling up your inbox with fluff?
We know RVers have busy lives—there’s only so much time in the day to read about the latest campground trends or your defective water pump.
That’s why we work hard to bring you useful, entertaining, and honest content. But we also know there’s always room for improvement! So, we’d like to know if you read other RV-related newsletters besides the ones we publish here on RVtravel.com? The correct answer is “No, just RVtravel.com,” of course. We’re kidding… sort of…
If you answer yes, will you please share with us in the comments what you like about those other newsletters? Are they funnier? More detailed? Do they cover topics we haven’t touched on yet?

I use to buy as time went on I started deleting. Now just RVTravel, I find what I need all the way around from maintenance, issues happening at parks, campgrounds and entertainment and more.

Quite frankly, I didn’t know there was more than one.
Only if they cover something that I’m interested in.
I read a couple occasionally but they pale in comparison to rvtravel

RV Travel is my primary read. I also read TCM (Truck Camper Magazine), and RV 101 with Mark Polk.
I read a few others to further my appreciation for the RV lifestyle. RVTravel is definitely one of the best.

I get Truck Camper Magazine online because we owned a truck camper in our younger days. It gives locations for boondocking, reviews on campsites, upgrades to campers, RV shows, etc. We became too old to jump up into an over cab bed so we bought a bumper pull trailer. Truck Campers can get into parking spots a lot easier and can also pull boats, storage trailers, vehicles, use 4WD, etc. Truck campers are RVers too.
I get Jacob Rigor’s email blasts. Very informative and I wish more reviewers would focus on bad camper/RV plumbing to encourage the industry to improve this critical flaw found in many RV/campers.

“Yes, One or two”. However, RV Travel is the one I read regularly and financially support. As for the others, I’ll skim something that catches my eye (and most often it is a topic I already know and/or the disbelief at the inaccuracies. Please don’t get me started on FaceBook groups – I could spend all day correcting RVing maintenance myths). And I do occasionally search a specific topic.

I really enjoy reading RV Travel and, because we have a truck camper, I also read and enjoy two magazines related to truck campers, Truck Camper Magazine and Truck Camper Adventure.
Actually, I might occasionally read another newsletter, usually because of some click-bait teaser, but rarely find them nearly as informative as RVTravel. I “waste” enough time here.

I too subscribe to a couple others on-line, however only read an occasional article of interest, which is rare. I read Rv Travel and Tips virtually end to end – always interesting “stuff” whether it applies directly to me or not! I have been a Good Sam Life member for about 25 yrs or more – however, cancelled that lousy magazine Marcus last peddled after IMO destroying the Good Sam club and Motorhome Magazine – which I read cover to cover. The only Rv mag. I get now is (former) FMCA (FRVA) quarterly – in print. Stay the course – you’re on the right track.

What annoys me is reading an article from someone who bought an RV earlier, camped a couple of times, and now they’re offering “expert” advice. Really? Be careful what advice you follow folks.

We do get others sent to us but typically just read headlines. If nothing interesting, they get trashed. RV Travel we read all the way through. Not every article applies to us but still great info!
