How much of your current RV’s floor is covered with wall-to-wall carpet? All or most of it? Just a little bit of it (maybe just the “living” spaces and bedroom?), or none of it?

None. Even the old camper a 70’s model I stripped in 93 and laid vinyl tile flooring. Carpet smells even in a stick n brick. Plus any flooring besides carpet is easier to clean.
I agree. Ours has no permanent carpeting. We use various size throw rugs. You can get some remnants from a carpet store and have then cut to size and bound around the edge. In the bedroom we use carpet runners beside the bed.

Ripped most of it out. Only remaining is the carpet under the couch, Step Cover and the Dinet seat. Just didn’t feel like removing the couch, Dinet Seat and still can’t figure out how to cover the step cover.
Just the bedroom and slides. But I’d like less.
That is what we have too & I too, would like none. Carpet & boondocking do not go together.
None and we like it that way, just use small area rugs that can be machine washed as needed.
Sponges… er…carpet…are notorious for harboring dirt,diseases and what ever else one tracks in.

In our Class A only the bedroom and cockpit area are carpeted. Not difficult to maintain as it cleans very well and easily. The balance is plank wood with rubber back throw rugs.
We have carpeting in our bedroom and under our dinette. That’s it. We even had it replaced two years ago with top-end carpeting.
Just the bit of floor around bed & the stairs to the bed.

Class B. I installed 30″ commercial carpet squares over the vinyl floors to keep the road heat out and not so hot for the dog or my feet and warmer on my feet in the morning. Just remove a square and take it out and hose it down.
