The video below from Glamping With The Coopers highlights some great organizing tips for one of your RV’s smallest spaces: the closet. Closet space in RVs is always at a premium, so useful RV closet organization tips like these become essential for making everything you need fit while still being accessible.
RV closet organization tips
• Mop and broom hangers: Keep cleaning supplies out of sight and out of the way with these hangers.
• Soft-sided storage baskets: Unlike rigid-sided baskets, they can mold themselves to fit into a space, such as inside a narrow closet.
• Hanging steamer/iron: Yes – a clothes steamer/iron that hangs from a closet rod. Brilliant!
• Slim hangers: Using slim hangers saves a ton of closet space.
• Streamlined laundry hamper: This skinny hamper is small enough to fit inside an RV utility closet.
• Shoe holders: These self-adhesive shoe holders hold shoes neatly on the back of RV closet doors.

Thank you, Cheri, for highlighting the video and its numerous tips! We added a set of mop and broom holders to one wall of a closet and keep the swiffer handle and pad there. We keep the broom in an outside storage bay because it is used primarily to sweep the patio rugs and step well of the RV. Have a great day and safe travels!
