Hot Honey Mustard Sheet Pan Salmon
by Kitchen Crew from Nashville, TN
With an easy one-pan preparation and the perfect blend of heat, sweetness, and bright lemon flavor, this sheet pan salmon is an excellent weeknight dinner recipe.
Hot honey is honey that’s been infused with red chilies. It adds spice to the salmon without too much heat. Lemon slices under the salmon keep it from burning and sticking to the pan. We used wild-caught sockeye salmon, but any type of salmon can be used. Here’s the recipe.
Salmon Club Sandwich With Dill Caper Aioli
by Robin Lieneke from Chamois, MO
There is nothing ordinary about this sandwich. The salmon is lightly seasoned and cooked perfectly.
A cool and tangy caper dill aioli is smeared onto a toasted bun. Then, tomato, lettuce, and bacon top off this amazingly delicious sandwich. With layers of fresh flavors, this is an impressive club sandwich that’s easy to prepare. Get the recipe here.
Canned Salmon Patties (The Best)
by Nancy J. Patrykus from Spokane, WA
We really liked this salmon patty recipe. It’s super easy to make which is always a bonus. Fresh veggies add flavor add a bit of texture to the patties.
The flavor of salmon is really the star, so if you love salmon this recipe is for you. No one will ever guess it was canned. We loved the crust and flavor frying in butter creates. Nancy gave several serving options. We opted for fresh lemon and a little bit of dill. Yum! Here’s the recipe.
