How do RVtravel.com readers pay for groceries?

Do you remember the days at the supermarket when the customer ahead of you — or maybe even you — would pay for groceries by writing a check? Well, those days are long gone according to a survey last week by RVtravel.com.

RVers today are using plastic — 35 percent use a debit card and 54 percent a credit card. Nine percent pay with cash. But very few are writing a check these days, a mere 1.9 percent!

So it’s a plastic kinda world today. We wonder when that method will be replaced by new technology.

More than 4,200 readers responses to the poll. Stay tuned.
